CHOICE and Consumer NZ have teamed up to call on Jetstar to ditch the ticks.

Jetstar’s booking process has several optional extras pre-selected that can add close to $40 to the cost of your flight. Customers can choose for themselves if they want the optional extras, they don't need to be pre-selected.

This is your chance to say that you are ticked-off and have had enough. If you want this practice to end then email Jetstar’s CEO and let him know that you want Jetstar to ditch the ticks and the sneaky extra costs.
